Do you want to play with us at a special card game?

That's the BARNGA Game!

People have to play in small groups, every group got the rules before starting. We play for three times. Every time we play we chage group. The people that get less cards during one turn have to move to the group before, the people that get more cards move to the group after, the others stay in the same group.

The rules are :

1) No talking
2) No Written Communication
3) JUST PLAY!

What did we learn from this game? -> participants had to answer to these 3 questions :

1) WHAT REAL LIFE SITUATION DOES THIS GAME SIMULATION REMINDS YOU?

Ayla said : "Like intercultural exchanges, everyone has is own language. A great Experience! You couldn't understand each other, it is like the different values in a society. Like being in a foreign countries and doesn't know how to speak the local language! I had the same sensation when I was volunteering in India some time ago! "

Meaghan said :" After this game simulation you can tell a lot about people nature, for myself I didn't care about rules but others got angry and did care!"

2) WHAT DOES THE SIMULATION TEACH YOU ABOUT HOW TO DEAL WITH SIMILAR SITUATION?

Leo said : "When you are a scientist and you have to find an agreeement with politicians.. Politicians do not understand what scientist are talking about, they don't use the same language, the same values. There is always the need to find compromise."

3) WHAT SUGGESTION WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIVE TO THIS GROUP FOR THIS EVENT?

Meaghan, Josua, Leo, Ayla : Find compromise, understand, be tolerant. Go and do things and look how it works!

After that Ayla said with a lot of energy and motivation :

"IT WAS A SHOKING ACTIVITY, I LOVED IT!"

Hope you enjoyed reading!
